Welcome to Skiathos IRIS studios and apartments.

In the center of the beautiful town of Skiathos, you can find Skiathos IRIS studios, which is located only few meters away from Skiathos Town's main street, Papadiamanti str, and just 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the bus station at the harbor. Furthermore, in order to find the nearest beach you just need to walk 10 minutes and there is no need to take the bus.

The Accommodation IRIS consists of 10 studios for 2 or 3 people and 7 apartments for 4 people. All of them are equipped with self catering facilities - kitchen, air-condition, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom and balcony. Additionally, the beautiful garden is a pleasant surprise for visitors and it is the perfect place for relaxing or enjoying a drink while at the hotel.

Skiathos is a little gem in a quiet corner of the Agean sea and the main island of the Sporades group of islands, only 3 nautical miles from mainland Greece and Volos, one of the major Greek cities. It has golden sandy beaches, fabulous waters, deep green mountains, historical background and monuments, all contributing in making Skiathos one of the most beautiful islands in Greece.

It is the diversity and changes in landscape that holds the interest of the visitors up to the very last moment and many will return once fallen in love with Skiathos. The total area of the island is around 80 square kilometres with a coastline of 44 kilometres, which is twice as long as the main road connecting Skiathos Town in the east with Koukounaries on the other side of the island. Skiathos Town is the only town on the island and hosts the biggest part of the local population, which is around 6.000 people.

Skiathos has a great public transport system. Local busses take you from one side of the island to the other in about 45 minutes, and you never have to wait longer than 20 minutes for the next one.
